To help avoid this issue ensure the air vents of your machine are clear. The use of air conditioning or fans when possible is also helpful. Taking these very simple yet effective measures will not only keep your machine running longer but will help eliminate down time.

Please plan accordingly when ordering supplies for your office equipment. So not to run out please order a new toner when you have put the last toner into the machine. There will be shipping cost applied when doing emergency deliveries for supplies.
